Terms and Conditions of the Rating Survey Contest
The Rate and Win contest is a recurring monthly draw for the value of a recent car rental, up to a maximum of US $1,000. It is available for those who have been invited to participate in the Car Rental Express Consumer Reliability Index™, or CRI™. Participants rate a recent car rental experience wit a CRX.com member agency . Entrants must also meet the terms and conditions listed below:

1. ENTRY PERIOD
A new draw will take place on the first business day following each month end. If the contest ends, there will be a posting on http://www.carrentalexpress.com and a 60 day notice period. The contest will continue through the 60 day notice.
2. HOW TO ENTER:
Entrants will automatically be entered into the contest after responding to and completing a Rating Survey eMail. Rating Surveys are sent to the eMail address given by customers when making a reservation on http://www.carrentalexpress.com. The Rating Survey eMail will be sent the day after the scheduled drop off date of the car rental reservation. Entrants will be asked to complete the Survey, based on their rental experience with a particular rental agency.
3. ELIGIBILITY:
This Contest is open to those who are 19 years of age or older, and have made a car rental reservation through http://www.carrentalexpress.com. As well contestants must have rented a vehicle, from the car rental agency, with which the reservation was made. This rental may only be used once for the purpose of entering the contest.
The Sponsor of this contest is Express Internet Technologies Inc. The contest shall be subject to the Official Rules listed below, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. Certain restrictions may apply.
The contest is not open to the officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents of the Sponsor or of the car rental agencies listed on http://www.carrentalexpress.com. The immediate family members of those listed above are also not eligible. All federal, provincial and local rules and regulations apply. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. WINNER SELECTION:
The monthly winner will be randomly selected from a list of all eligible entries on or about the first business day after each month end. The monthly prize winner will be notified by eMail.
Each monthly winner will be required to fill out and fax back a publicity release form within 7 days of issuance of the prize. They must also provide a digital photo of themselves to be uploaded onto the Car Rental Express website. Failure to comply with these provisions may result in the winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected. If a prize notification or a prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the applicable prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable or assignable.
All Federal, provincial, local or other tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's name, address (city and province/state only), photograph, likeness and statements for advertising, promotional or publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation.
5. PRIZES:
The winning entry will be reimbursed the cost of her/his rental up to a maximum of $1000.00 US. The prize will be awarded monthly until the contest is over. As above, selection is random.
The odds of winning a prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received. There is a limit of one (1) prize per person and per household. The prize will be paid by Express Internet Technologies company check solely at the discretion of Express Internet Technologies Inc.

7. LEGAL:
The Sponsors and any and all Internet server(s) and access provider(s) (collectively, "Promotion Entities"), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, "Release's") are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including without limitation to any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in the contest; inability to access the Entry Site; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site (including the Entry Site) or for any other reason whatsoever; printing or other errors; or any combination thereof. Proof of entering information at Entry Site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, incomplete, and duplicate entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible. By entering the contest, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules. Any entry information collected from the contest shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of the entry, with these Official Rules.
Entrants release and waive any claim they may have against releases and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies, distributors, dealers and agencies and their respective successors and assigns for injuries, claims, damages or losses, costs or expenses of any kind resulting from acceptance of or possession of or arising out of use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof or from participation in this Contest.
If for any reason this contest is not capable of running as planned, or if it or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the contest and processing of entries in accordance with these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, the Sponsor reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this contest or any portion thereof. In the event this contest is cancelled, the Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award all remaining prize from among all eligible, non-suspect on-line entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where a dispute arises about who submitted an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account entered. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that they are the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.
NOTE: Entries must be made by the entrant via eMail. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited
